• Auditing of the Occupational Health and Safety File on a Monthly Basis, ensuring that your file continiously complies with Legislation and Client Specifications.


• Reports on all outstanding items in the Occupational Health and Safety file including status of Weekly/Monthly Inspections and Checklists.


• Auditing of the actual operations and site conditions ensuring that work is executed in a safe manner.


• Audit and Inspection of Employee Tools, PPE and Safety Harness to ensure that the equipment is still in good and working order.


• Check on Client Monthly Audit Results and Reports to ensure that all Audit Findings are closed out to prevent consecutive findings.

All these audit findings and reports are submitted to the Client on the day of the Site Audit to ensure that the Client is aware of any deviations or issues on site. All findings related to Occupational Health and Safety will be closed out by CMK Safety Solutions if possible, or brought under the attention of the Client.

Consulting during Tender Phases

As a contractor, many clients may require you to ensure that all your Occupational Health and Safety costs are included when you submit your tender. Many contractors are often unsure of exactly what these HSE Costs may include and what needs to be allowed for during the tender phase.
